Starting the New Year 2015, from the success of the events in previous years in other provinces, GS Battery continued setting up the motorbike event free in Hanoi Capital. The event was held on 17-18 Jan 2015 at the Agriculture Exhibition Center – Address: No. 2 Hoang Quoc Viet Street with many activities to consult and take-care free motorcycle batteries for consumers.
Through this event, we have found the statistic that GS battery takes 60% market share of motorbike battery. GSV feel very happy and proud of this share and the trust to GS Battery of consumers. The event which was set up to reach higher social goals, to raise awareness in using the batteries correctly, attracted nearly 550 consumers to participate and experience the process of checking and maintenance motorcycle battery such as: cleaning battery, filling distilled water for batteries, battery voltage measurement, charged capability measurement.
For the first time in the event, GS Battery had created an interesting Game Show with attractive gifts section, which gave the participants a completely new experience through the questions to test the knowledge of battery care and traffic laws. The purpose of Game Show was to improve knowledge using battery and improve safe driving skills. Game Show has been responded very warmly and attracted hundreds of visitors join. Consumers were very excited to share: "Game show is pretty good, I'm very happy to participate in this game because I know more knowledge about batteries and also got cute gifts"
The consulting, checking and maintenance of batteries in the event were done by the technicians of GS Battery and the support of team QAQC came from the factory in Binh Duong. We have checked and fixed more than 15% of motorcycles participating in the event which had problems caused by consumers such as electrolyte under upper level, terminal connect not good, weak power, sulfating in lead-acid terminal battery...
This is the 2nd event was held in Hanoi, GSV has found that the percentages of driving habits and perceptions of battery care are higher than last year. Through these activities are held annually (in 2014, 2015), the brand awareness of consumers thereby also higher, and at the same time the percentages of battery damages caused by consumers also significantly reduced.
After listening the advice of GS technicians and overcoming some problems of battery, consumers attended the events express their satisfied feeling and share “The event free checking and maintenance motorbike is very useful, I think GS should organize more similar events frequently like this to help consumers know more ways to take care their motorbike "
