After set up many events in 04 provinces South, the event free “Take care, consult & maintenance battery of motorbikes” already coming to Ha Noi capital. This activity almost free checking battery for consumers using motorbike, and enhancing GS brand image and improve after-sales service.
This activity aimed to enhance after service sale, event set up in 02 weekend days, attracted 600 participants, offer to consumer many free services: clean battery, distilled water (for acid battery), check voltage, charging current testing of motorbike.
GSV technical and QC&QA Dept. from Binh Duong factory already fixed trouble for 18% motorbikes come event with problem battery- cause from consumers fault, consumers forgot take care their battery: electrolyte under upper level, terminal connect not good, low power, sulfating in lead-acid terminal battery…. After GSV technicians take care their batteries, almost consumers very happy and satisfy about this event, want to increase more brand activation for Vietnamese consumers.
Joining event, many consumers said that:“This fully meaning event, useful for us to understand how to use long life battery”, “I very like gloves with GS logo, accordant for cool weather in winter”
In program, GSV show overview summary share motorbike, share using battery situation, to contribute actual situation in area and also contribute to increase sale more in future.
