On 13/05/2013, GSV celebrated a Seniority Benefit Ceremony to send the Seniority Benefit to the employees who have been working in GSV in a long time (3 years/ 5 years/ 8 years/ 10) years as GSV’s regulation. Joining this ceremony is the presence of the GSV General Director, Mr.Masaya Nakagawa and the top Management.
The purpose of The Seniority Benefit Ceremony is to improve the better relationship between GSV and The Employees. Besides, it also shows the desire of General Director is improving the employees’ life quality.
In the ceremony, Mr. Masaya Nakagawa had short speech to congratulate and encourage the spirit of all employees to developing a closer and closer relationship between GSV and all employees.
In this occasion, GSV gave 230 gifts by currency having the total value is 687.000.000 VND to the employees of all departments. Including:
6 persons working over 15 years.
15 persons working over 10 years.
19 persons working over 8 years.
38 persons working over 5 years.
152 persons working over 3 years.
