Nearly twenty years to establish in Vietnam
ICar care day 2016 is very special for GS Battery Vietnam as the thank-you to all customers who always trust and use our products for nearly 20 years in Viet Nam. Just in 2017, it is also 100th anniversary of GS Yuasa corporation in Japan. During our 20 years’ operation in Vietnam, GS Battery not only manufactures high quality batteries for motorcycles, cars, trucks, boats but also pioneer in the field about customer care activities to maintain battery properly.
With real experience in consulting consumer using battery, GS battery has found a lot of behavior using, forgetting take care battery, such as: forget to check for filling water, not good connection in terminal battery, open electric items (music, fan, light…) when not start engine, forgot take off key when moving the car… make batteries quickly low power & short life time.
In order to improve after-sales services, consulting using battery long life time, In 2016, GS Battery hold Motorbike maintenance event 4 times, Boat maintenance event 2 times, and joined Driver Care Day in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, ICar Care Day today.
