On date 15-6 at Mira Hotel, GS Battery Vietnam Co.,Ltd (GSV, VSIP 1 Industrial Park, Thuan An Town) had celebrated Third Labor Medal Ceremony given by President. Mr.Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the provincial, Chairman of People’s Committee and representatives of departments, branches and localities.
At the ceremony, authorized of President, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the provincial, Chairman of Binh Duong People’s Committee had given the Third labor medal for management board of company. Planning-Investment Deparment provided Investment Certificate in 1997, with total forceman about 30 people, total captial is 16 million USD. GSV chose Binh Duong to build the factory in VSIP 1 Industrial Park, kept creation and development. After 20 years of operation, total forceman increased up to 1.449 people, total capital increased at 57 million USD, average revenue increase 16%/year.
During 20 years of development, GSV had many contribution for local economy-society development. The company also pays attention to develop human resources and implement well policies with workers. GSV has created stable jobs for thousands of laborers with an average income of 10.8 million VND / person / month. Particularly in the period 2012-2016, GSV has paid the state budget of 383 billion. In addition, GSV is one of the enterprises actively involved in environmental protection in Binh Duong.
