GS Battery Vietnam Company Limited (GSV) continued to hold 6th QCC Convention on 24th Sep, 2016 with the attendance of all GSV’s staff.
QCC in 2016 attracted 10 teams from factory No.1 and No.2, Ho Chi Minh Branch, Hanoi Branch and especially with attendance of new department-IBS.
QCC Convention happened in the excited atmosphere together with profestional and impress reports. Ending the path of 5-month-QCC activity, GSV found the winner for the 6th QCC Cup– Fast & Furious Team of PD- QA&QC BD2 with the theme: Improve the labor efficiency. Also this is the winner of QCC in 2015.
QCC at GSV started firstly in 2011, is maintained and welcomed every year for staff over. Especially, in 2016, this activity is not only for staff over but also for workers. Worker QCC will be firstly held in November. QCC is the extremely meaningful activity for a manufacturing company like GSV to improve the quality, productivity, labor and enhance teamwork spririt for members in a department, section as well as other departments.
This is not only a competition purely but also working motivation source for each employee under the quote “Always the job of today is better than yesterday but not equal to tomorrow”.
