To welcome the new year and look back together achieved achievements in 2014, GS Battery Vietnam Co., Ltd (GSV) held Year End Party 2014 on 31st December, 2014 at Thang Loi Restaurant in Thu Dau Mot Town, Binh Duong Province. The Year End Party is held in the warm, honest atmosphere with the attendance of Director Board and nearly 1400 employees.
Beginning this party, Mr. Masaya Nakagawa – GSV’s General Director extended his honest thank you to all employees for their contribution and wish a new year with many new success. Besides, General Director said that although in 2014 Vietnamese economy does not still recover greatly, GSV got excellent business achievements. That’s the attempt of all employees. And year 2014 is the first year GSV has performed Kaizen activities but attained about 1000 Kaizen from all GSV’s employees and this is also the first year GSV establish 4 club including: Flower Arranging, Football, Dance sport, Cooking. On this chance, GSV’s General Director also rewarded employees who had Kaizen with total amount 78 million dong to encourage their working spirit in 2015. Mr. Tran Thanh Quang- QC BD1 was honored to be awarded prize “Top Quantity of Kaizen Result 2014” and Mr. Duong Ly Hiep got prize “The Yearly Best kaizen”.
In this meaningful party, there are many interesting activities which has spring atmosphere, combine with many performances by GSV employees themselves. Although they are not professional dancer, singer or flower decorator but it’s extremely attractive, interesting from singing, dancing to making-up through competitions “GS Golden Voice”, “GS Mr & Ms”, ‘Flower Arranging Competition”, especially the program “Lucky Draw” with many value gifts with the meaning as spring gifts that GSV would like to extend to all employees and hope a new year with many joys, lucks and new success. And as a result, Mr. Nguyen Tung Vy – PE BD1 attained 1st prize of completion “GS Golden Voice” with the song “Spring”, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Bao got the prize “GS Mr & Ms” in 2014 and Charging BD2 Section got the first prize of “Flower Arranging Competition” with the theme “Spring”. Besides, each group that joined this flower arranging competition will receive 300.000 VND/group. The program “Lucky Draw” including 40 infrared cooker, 3 refrigerators SANYO, 2 prizes 3,75 gram Gold SJC 9999 (3,75 gram Gold/prize), 1 LCD Television 40 inch and 1 motorcycle Honda Blade with total amount nearly 100 million dong attracted everyone’s expectation, waiting. And the special prize – Honda Blade motorcycle was awarded Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong – QC BD1.
The Year End Party is a chance for all GSV’s employees to meet at the end of year, revise the achievements of old year and make attempt for GSV’s development in the future
