After the success of the event free “ Take care, consult & mainternance battery of motorbikes “ in Binh Duong (Apr’2014) and Can Tho (Feb’2014), on 2 days: date 23 & 24th Aug, 2014, GS Battery Vietnam Co.Ltd and Le Long Dealer already organized event free “TAKE CARE, CONSULT & MAINTENANCE BATTERY OF MOTORBIKE”in Culture Center in Buon Me Thuot city DakLak province. This activity almost free checking battery for consumers using motorbike, and enhancingGS brand image and improve after-sales service.
This activity interested about 600 motorbikes for joining to checking, maintenance battery, including:
- Cleaning, voltage of current battery. Charging current testing of motorbike.
- Distilled water (for acid battery).
- Consulting and maintenance battery.
Besides that, consumer was received gift when joining event.
According to records from GS technican, we found: over 25% motorbikes come to event with problem battery – cause from consumers fault, consumers forgot take care their battery: electrolyte under upper level, terminal connect not good, low power …
After GSV technicans take care their batteries, almost consumers very happy and satisfy about this event.
After event, Mr Le Linh Long – Director Le Long company said that: “after event, many consumer know GS brand & Le Long dealer in DakLak, and support us sale GS battery more easier than before. Thank you GSV.” And this activity contribute good relationship between GSV & distributor in province.
In year 2014, GSV will continue cooperate togetherwith dealersextend this event to all in VietNam purpose take care, consult to consumers, contributing extends knowledge for consumers, usefull for consumers how to use long life battery, contributing to traffic safety for everyone& improve after sale service.
