In 3 days 25-27th Apr 2014, GS Battery Vietnam Co.Ltd and Minh Minh Dealer in Binh Duong province already organized event free “Take care, consult & maintenance battery of motorbike” in Green Square Big C, Di An, Binh Duong province. This activity is free for consumer use motorbike.
When joining event, consumer was offered checking & maintenance battery service and got consulting usage battery from professional technical who were trained by GS Battery Vietnam experts:
- Cleaning, voltage and charging current testing.
- Distilled water (battery water).
- Consulting and maintenance battery.
Besides that, consumer was received gift when joining event.
In 3 days, GSV has directly check, maintenance & check battery for nearly 600 motorbikes. According to records from GS technician, we found over 22% motorbikes with problem battery – cause from consumer fault, consumer forgot take care their battery: electrolyte under upper level, terminal connects not good, low power....
The organizers also recorded some consumer voice. As a consumer said that: “Before I don’t know knowledge to use battery long lifetime, now I think it’s not only effective but also easy to do”... Other hand, some consumers recognized: “That’s good event. Before I didn’t care battery how to do, when battery damaged, only change new battery as retailer shop or spareparts shop recommendation”. Regarding result of consumer survey, GSV has reviewed many positive comments; up to 98% of consumers are satisfied with the service and the desire to organize more regular, expanded to other provinces.
This second time, after successful in Can Tho province in Feb, 2014, GSV and Dealer corporate together to enhance GS brand awareness, improve service after sale, give more knowledge usage battery to consumer and keep consumer top of mind, contributing to traffic safety.
