Job Description
- Arrange human resources for production shift
- Assign and set up job descriptions for Assistance force man and workers
- Training new workers skills and training periodically
- Supervising workers to check product quality
- Establish work instructions, quality standards to serve the quality control in the
production process at the factory
- Control tools and equipment for quality checking
- Report quality matter daily, monthly, quarterly
- Monitor the NG ratio daily of process and hold meetings with relative departments to
resolve quality-related problems and errors
- Coordinate with process owner of the production to take corrective and preventive measures for the factory's nonconforming products
- Propose solutions to improve quality
- Do other jobs as requested by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience in position QA/QC (Control quality in production line)
- Know about ISO 9001 & 14001/IATF 16949 system
- Can use some analysis method such as: 5 Why, FMEA,...in actual job
- Can read and understand technical drawing
- Others: Responsible, Observant, Decisive in jobs,...
- Specialism, skill: Major in Electric Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- English: Intermediate or above
- Education: University
- Gender: male or female from 23 to 35 years old
- Only receive CV in English
