2026 Long-Service Appreciation Ceremony – A Journey of Growth and Commitment with GS Vietnam Battery Co., Ltd.

In recognition and appreciation of the long-standing dedication and contributions of employees throughout their journey of accompanying and growing with the Company, GS Battery Vietnam organized the “Seniority Appreciation Ceremony 2026” for employees who have reached seniority milestones of 10 years over.

This year’s program was organized in two phases to facilitate participation for all employees:

For employees reaching 10-year and 15-year seniority milestones, the ceremony was solemnly held at the halls of Factory 01 (BD1) and Factory 02 (BD2).

For employees with more than 20 years of seniority, the Company organized the appreciation ceremony in combination with Family Day 2026 at Suoi Tien Tourist Area, creating a meaningful opportunity for connection and interaction between employees’ families and the Company.

GS Battery Vietnam is not only a workplace but also a shared home that connects generations of employees. With a stable, professional, and human-centered working environment, the Company proudly has more than 80% of its workforce with over 5 years of seniority, including 498 employees who have accompanied the Company for more than 10 years. This is a clear testament to a sustainable corporate culture, team spirit, and long-term development that GS Vietnam always strives toward.

In this award presentation period, the total bonus value granted by the Company reached 1,633,000,000 VND for employees who have worked at GSV for 3 years, 5 years, 8 years, 10 years, 15 years, and over 20 years. This serves as a practical recognition of the long-term dedication and contributions of all employees.

Each seniority milestone is not only a mark of years of service but also a reflection of responsibility, dedication, and sustainable companionship with the development of GS Battery Vietnam over the years.

Through this program, the Company’s Management Board would also like to express sincere gratitude to all employees for their continuous efforts, solidarity, and positive contributions to the Company’s overall development. At the same time, this serves as a source of motivation for all employees to continue fostering their commitment and work together toward greater achievements in the future.
