TVP (Theory Value Production) is an improvement program implemented by Yamaha for its suppliers, in which companies participate in researching and implementing improvement projects to enhance key factors such as quality, productivity, cost, and delivery. The program focuses on identifying optimal theoretical values, which serve as targets for actual production and service processes to achieve results as close as possible to these ideal values. Through participation in the TVP program as well as training activities provided by YMVN, GSV has implemented various improvement initiatives that contribute to enhancing the value and quality of its products.

Over the years, GSV’s batteries have been trusted by many well-known automobile and motorcycle manufacturers as genuine parts suppliers for their products. The achievement in the TVP program further reaffirmed GSV’s improvement capability, product quality, and strong position in the battery manufacturing industry. In addition to meeting the strict requirements of major partners, GSV has always focused on building sustainable partnerships and accompanying customers and partners toward long-term development.
With a commitment to sustainable development, GSV continuously strives to improve technology, enhance production efficiency, and strengthen key standards such as product quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness.
